Germany Activity

In this activity, participants engaged in icebreaker games and group activities to build connections and create a collaborative atmosphere. They defined their expectations, contributions, and fears, and participated in an NGO fair to explore the profiles and work of partner organizations. Using the SALTO Youth platform, they practiced facilitation techniques and led sessions using non-formal learning activities. The program also included group discussions and interactive exercises, emphasizing leadership and teamwork. The activity concluded with a reflection session where participants shared their experiences and insights.

Türkiye Activity

During this activity, participants engaged in interactive workshops, icebreaker games, and group discussions to explore different learning styles. They created organizational profiles through an NGO fair, participated in non-formal learning exercises sourced from the SALTO Youth platform, and led group activities to practice facilitation skills. The program also included a "Secret Santa" activity to build connections and a treasure hunt at a local historical site, fostering teamwork and cultural engagement. The event concluded with a reflection session and the presentation of Youthpass certificates.

Latvia Activity

During this activity, participants explored and practiced various facilitation methods, including simulations, guided imagery, and case studies. They prepared by researching a facilitation technique, which they presented through interactive sessions followed by feedback and discussions. The event also included debriefing sessions to reflect on the practical applications of these methods. A collaborative project video was created to highlight the event’s impact, and participants received Youthpass certificates, recognizing their newly acquired facilitation skills.

Ireland Activity

This activity will focus on advanced facilitation techniques, emphasizing case studies and the use of mind mapping tools. Participants will explore and apply practical facilitation methods tailored to diverse group needs. Through interactive workshops, group tasks, and experiential learning exercises, participants will develop strategies for effective facilitation in youth work. The program aims to equip participants with innovative tools and techniques for non-formal education, encouraging their application in local and international projects.
