Enhancing Youth Participation Through Facilitation Tools

The Erasmus+ project Enhancing Youth Participation through Facilitation Tools is a two-year initiative aimed at empowering youth workers, leaders, and organizations to foster active participation and innovative practices in youth work. The project aspires to achieve tangible outcomes and long-lasting impact, including:

  • Improved facilitation skills and project management competencies among participants.
  • Enhanced employability and civic engagement of youth workers and young leaders.
  • Development of innovative methodologies and tools for youth work, documented in a comprehensive guidebook.
  • Strengthened networks and partnerships between European organizations, fostering future collaborations.
  • Increased awareness and promotion of Erasmus+ opportunities among local and international stakeholders.

In the long term, the project aims to create a ripple effect, where trained participants become multipliers, applying their knowledge to design and implement impactful youth work initiatives in their communities.
